Izmir Inciralti Area Info
Inciralti has been a holiday resort for residents of Izmir for many years. Around twenty years ago it lost its fame. However, in the past five years or so the area started to get very popular. Currently the coast line has very expensive villas with large gardens and sea view. Towards both sides of Inciralti, several apartments have risen selling for prices much higher than majority of the city centre flats. Currently, it has one of the most expensive property prices in Izmir.
