Areas of Marmaris where properties can be purchased

Gunnucek, Yalancıbogaz and Cennet (Paradise) Island ( Yıldız Adası/ Nimara ):If you get tired of the heat of Marmaris Marina, you can go to Gunnucek Picnic Area. The picnic area was organized by the forestry authority. You can take advantage of the beach and the camping area.
Aktas: It is a small residential area. It is a quiet corner, surrounded by forested hills and away from noise. Its sand is fine. It is one of the places in which the most beautiful night views of Marmaris appear. There are several motels and properties in the area.
Armutalan: Armutalan is a developing tourism centre with new hotels, restaurants and sports areas. It took its name from the pear trees which were abundant at that time. Transportation is very easy. Minibuses make regular voyages. The town attracts local and foreign tourists with its clean, quiet and good landscape. There are walking and cycling paths. You can organize a tour in the depths of the forest. It has suitable rocky areas for rock climbing enthusiasts.
Icmeler: Although there are many hotels and properties, İçmeler is always clean with green environment, extensive walking trails and beach resorts. İçmeler is very rich in terms of eating, drinking and entertainment options. Modern and traditional architecture come together in Icmeler. The transportation links between Icmeler and Marmaris is very good.
Camlı Village: It is three kilometre away from Çamlık Pier and is one of the ancient villages of Caria. It is a nice corner plot with its beautiful, clean air and water.
Boncuk Bay: After Camlı Village, you will reach Boncuk which is 9 km further away. Boncuk is one of the most popular places of the area. Water is so clear and soothing. It has a recreation area full of palm trees. Boncuk Bay is a very convenient  place for those who like to swim in a rocky bay and for tranquillity seekers.
Turunc: You should definitely visit Turunc area. If you go to Turunc by bus or with your own vehicle, you will pass through road surrounded by pine trees. You will find Turunc after slopes and mountains. Turunc is one of the indispensable stops of blue voyage lovers. There are also options in Turunc other than sea and sun. Those who want to take nature walks and jeep safari tours will find suitable routes. Water is very clear for scuba diving and watching underwater life.
Kumlubuk: Kumlubuk is famous for its beautiful beach and fish restaurants. The landscape is impressive. Kumlubuk coast and hills have the best hiking trails.
Blue Voyage at the Gokova Gulf: Gokova Gulf is the most preferred destinations of blue voyages. British Port is one of  stopping points close to Marmaris and it isa beautiful place full of pine trees. There are restaurants that provide services to the boats in the English Port. Löngöz Bay is a great area for camping.
